Idaho Code § 67-3909

This act shall in no wise affect any other act or acts now existing or which may hereafter be adopted covering the same subject-matter, or apply to any proceedings thereunder, but is intended to and does provide, among other matters, an alternative system for the refunding of bonds, the same to be used pursuant to the provisions of, and in conjunction with the Federal Bankruptcy Statute.
