For the purpose of this chapter, “Indian tribe” shall mean the Coeur d’Alene Tribe, the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, the Nez Perce Tribe, the Shoshone Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation, or the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation.
