Service to other political subdivisions

Subject to the approval of the administrator, agreements may be entered into with any political subdivision of the state of Idaho to furnish services and facilities of the division and staff to such political subdivisions in the administration of their personnel on merit principles. Any such agreement shall provide for reimbursement to the division of the reasonable cost of the services or facilities furnished as determined by the administrator.
