Any person violating any of the rules, regulations or orders adopted and promulgated under section 67-5506[, Idaho Code,] shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or to a term of imprisonment of not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
