Conditions of purchase

By purchasing a ticket or share in a lottery game, a player agrees to abide by, and be bound by, the commission’s rules and regulations and by lottery game rules developed by the commission to apply to any particular lottery game involved. In particular, and without limitation, the player acknowledges, that the determination of whether the player is a valid winner is subject to winner validation procedures and confidential validation and security tests established by the state lottery for the particular lottery game. Confidential validation and security tests shall be subject to disclosure according to chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
