Idaho Code § 67-8724

Rights not to be impaired by state

Known as the Idaho Bond Bank Authority Act

The state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of any bonds issued under this chapter that the state will not limit or alter the rights hereby vested in the authority to fulfill the terms of any agreements made with the holders thereof or in any way impair the security, rights or remedies of such holders until the bonds, with interest thereon, are fully paid and discharged. The authority is authorized to include this pledge and agreement in any indenture, trust agreement or other agreement with the holders of such bonds.
