Idaho Code § 72-1102

Short title

Known as the Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Act

The act spans §§ 72–72 (5 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Peace Officer and Detention Officer Temporary Disability Act.”
