Idaho Code § 9-1604

Attorneys not entitled to witness’ fees

R.S., R.C., & C.L., § 6142; C.S., § 8072; I.C.A., § 16-1604.

No counselor or attorney at law in any case shall be allowed any fees for attendance as a witness in any such cause.
