Any provisions of law which conflict with the use of such machine or machines as set forth in this Article, shall not apply to the precinct or precincts in which an election is conducted by the use of such machine or machines.

All the provisions of this Act, not inconsistent with this Article, shall apply to all the elections in the precincts where such voting machines are used
