General Provisions
- 10 ILCS 5/1-1— This Act may be cited as the Election Code
- 10 ILCS 5/1-2— The provisions of this Act, so far as they are the same as those of any prior statute, shall be construed as a continuation of such prior provisions, and not as a new enactment
