Consistency with federal law

Known as the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act

The act spans §§ 105-105-1 to 105-85-99 (269 sections).

Rules and regulations issued pursuant to this Act, including those governing the preparation of a list of contractors and the removal of contractors therefrom as provided for in Section 10, shall not be inconsistent with rules and regulations promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Clean Air Act or other applicable federal statutes.
