Every order issued by the school board shall state for what purposes or on what account it is issued, and shall be in the following form: $.... State of Illinois, (insert date) THE TREASURER (Insert name) Of School District No. .... in .... County, Pay to the order of .... the sum of .... Dollars, for......... .............................................................. .............................................................. By order of the School Board of District No. ...., in said County. Order No. .... ...................President ........Clerk (or Secretary) An order paid in full and properly endorsed shall be a sufficient receipt for the purposes of this Act. The school board shall issue no order, except for teachers' wages, unless at the time there are sufficient funds in the hands of the treasurer to pay it.
