Medications policy

Known as the Erin's Law

The act spans §§ 105-5-10-1 to 105-5-10-9 (268 sections).

To develop a policy for administration of medications in schools, to furnish a copy of the policy to the parents or guardians of each pupil within 15 days after the beginning of each school year, or within 15 days after starting classes for a pupil who transfers into the district, and to require that each school informs its pupils of the contents of its policy.
