Rights of children with disabilities to free appropriate public education

Known as the Ann Marie's Law

The State Board of Education is encouraged to use free access radio and television to inform the public of the right of all children with disabilities to a free appropriate public education under this Code and the Education of the Handicapped Act, as amended.
