Alternative education diplomas

Known as the Ann Marie's Law

The State Board of Education shall award diplomas to students who successfully complete alternative education programs, including those programs which utilize student learning objectives and goals, when such programs are approved by the State Superintendent of Education and the organization providing the alternative program does not have the authority to award secondary education diplomas.
