Illinois School Student Records Act
- 105 ILCS 10/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Illinois School Student Records Act
- 105 ILCS 10/2— As used in this Act: (a) "Student" means any person enrolled or previously enrolled in a school

- 105 ILCS 10/4— (a) Each school shall designate an official records custodian who is responsible for the maintenance, care and security of all school student records, whether or not such records are in his personal custody or control

- 105 ILCS 10/8.1— (a) No school may refuse to admit or enroll a student because of that student's failure to present his student permanent or temporary record from a school previously attended
- 105 ILCS 10/9— (a) Any person aggrieved by any violation of this Act may institute an action for injunctive relief in the Circuit Court of the County in which the violation has occurred or the Circuit Court of the County in which the school is located
