  • 105 ILCS 5/13-40— To increase the effectiveness of the Department of Juvenile Justice and thereby to better serve the interests of the people of Illinois the following bill is presented

  • 105 ILCS 5/13-42— The Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice shall be the President of the Board of Education and the Secretary of said Board of Education shall be designated at the first regular meeting of said Board of Education
