Definitions

Known as the Public University Direct Admission Program Act

As used in this Act: "Direct admissions information" means a student's name, home address, birth date, telephone number, email address, cumulative grade point average, and high school. "Public university" means the University of Illinois at Springfield, Southern Illinois University, Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, Western Illinois University, or any other public university established or authorized by the General Assembly after the effective date of this Act.
