Known as the Student-Athlete Endorsement Rights Act

A postsecondary educational institution may provide intangible benefits, including priority status or other items of de minimis or nonmonetary value, as an incentive to individuals, companies, or other third parties that provide money, benefits, opportunities, or other services to an outside entity functioning primarily to support the creation and facilitation of publicity rights agreements for student-athletes.
