In this Act: "Agency" means the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. "Department" means the Illinois Department of Public Health. "Panel" means the Scientific Guidance Panel. "Program" means the Illinois Environmental Contaminant Biomonitoring Program. "Study" means the Environmental Contaminant Biomonitoring Feasibility Study.
