Enrollment reporting

(a) The Board shall report to the Board of Higher Education by the 15th business day after the start of the academic year all of the following student enrollment data: (1) The number of students enrolled at the start of the previous academic year. (2) The number of students enrolled full time at the start of the previous academic year. (3) The number of students enrolled at the start of the current academic year. (4) The number of students enrolled full time at the start of the current academic year. (5) The number of students enrolled in online learning at the start of the previous academic year. (6) The number of students enrolled in in-person learning at the start of the previous academic year. (7) The number of students enrolled in online learning at the start of the current academic year. (8) The number of students enrolled in in-person learning at the start of the current academic year. (9) The rolling average number of students enrolled over the previous 5 academic years. (b) The Board of Higher Education shall post the student enrollment data reported under subsection (a) on its Internet website.
