Ineligibility and termination of funds; procedures

Known as the Public Interest Attorney Assistance Act

(a) If a participant becomes ineligible during the term of a loan, he or she must repay the outstanding amount of any loan received from the Commission. (b) The Commission may in its discretion forgive the loan of a participant in whole or in part in certain circumstances as set forth in its written policies and guidelines.
