(a) The Mental Health Consortium Advisory Council is created, consisting of 9 members. Two members must be appointed by the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association, 2 members must be appointed by the Illinois Psychological Association, 2 members must be appointed by the National Association of Social Workers-Illinois Chapter, 2 members must be appointed by the Illinois Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and one public member must be appointed by the Secretary. (b) The Advisory Council shall assist and advise the Department in the administration of this Act.
