Investment of ward's money in contract

Known as the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Act

The act spans §§ 110-979-1 to 110-979-99 (17 sections).

A contract shall be considered an investment for the purpose of investing a ward's money under Section 21-2 of the Probate Act of 1975.
