Illinois Financial Assistance Act for Nonpublic Institutions of Higher Learning
- 110 ILCS 210/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Financial Assistance Act for Nonpublic Institutions of Higher Learning"
- 110 ILCS 210/2— As used in this Act, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Board" means the Board of Higher Education

- 110 ILCS 210/4— For the academic year beginning in 2002 and each academic year thereafter, each eligible institution of higher learning shall prepare and certify to the Board in writing any information required by the Board to justify the grants

- 110 ILCS 210/7— The Board shall keep an accurate record of all its activities under this Act and shall make a report to its members, to the Governor and to the General Assembly, such report to be a part of its annual report
- 110 ILCS 210/8— If any provision of this Act is declared invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions of the Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision, and to this end, the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable
