Health Services Education Grants Act
- 110 ILCS 215/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Health Services Education Grants Act"
- 110 ILCS 215/2— The Board of Higher Education is authorized to distribute funds to non-profit health service educational institutions in this State by grants as set forth in this Act and to prescribe forms and procedures for applications for such grants

- 110 ILCS 215/5.5— All grants under this Act shall be administered subject to funding availability
- 110 ILCS 215/6— The Board of Higher Education may adopt rules it deems necessary for the administration of this Act
