Illinois Fire Service Institute Act
- 110 ILCS 365/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Fire Service Institute Act"

- 110 ILCS 365/4— Programs conducted by the Institute shall, at a minimum, include instruction in those subjects necessary for the certification of its students in accordance with rules and regulations of the Division of Personnel Standards and Education in the Office of the State Fire Marshal

- 110 ILCS 365/7— For the purpose of maintaining the Institute, paying the expenses and providing the facilities and structures incident thereto, appropriations shall be made to The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, payable from the Fire Prevention Fund
