Police Training Institute Act
- 110 ILCS 370/0.01— Short title
- 110 ILCS 370/1— The trustees of the University of Illinois shall establish a school to be called the Police Training Institute for the purpose of training police officers in the State of Illinois in the methods of maintaining police services at a level consistent with the needs of the community
- 110 ILCS 370/2— (Repealed)
- 110 ILCS 370/3— Enrollment and attendance at the Institute shall be limited to duly appointed members of legally constituted police agencies of the State of Illinois to include state, county, city, park district and village officers selected by the commanding officer of the police agency involved
- 110 ILCS 370/4— The sum of $30,000.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated to the trustees of the University of Illinois for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act
