- 110 ILCS 380/0.01— Short title
- 110 ILCS 380/1— That the trustees of the University of Illinois be authorized and directed to establish, in the College of Engineering, at the university, a department of mining engineering
- 110 ILCS 380/2— That the department of mining engineering shall offer such courses of instruction relating to the science and practice of mining as will best serve to train young people for efficient work in the various phases of the mining industry
