Educational Partnership Act
- 110 ILCS 40/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Educational Partnership Act
- 110 ILCS 40/2— The General Assembly finds that there is a need for greater cooperation between all levels of the educational system of this State in order to encourage students to complete and realize maximum benefit from their elementary and secondary education
