- 110 ILCS 405/7— If any clause, sentence or provision in this Act shall be declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other clause, sentence or provision of this Act, it being the intention of the General Assembly to enact such other clause, sentence or provision in any event
- 110 ILCS 405/7.1— Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, this Act is subject to the "State College Housing Construction Act"
- 110 ILCS 405/8— This Act may be cited as the University of Illinois Revenue Bond Financing Act for Auxiliary Facilities
