Oath

Known as the Secretary of State Act

The act spans §§ 15-305-0-01 to 15-305-9 (36 sections).

The Secretary of State shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe the oath or affirmation prescribed by Article XIII, Section 3 of the Constitution, which shall be filed in his office.
