Security guard shields

Known as the Secretary of State Act

The act spans §§ 15-305-0-01 to 15-305-9 (36 sections).

The Secretary may issue shields or other distinctive identification to his or her security guards, wherever located in the State, if the Secretary determines that a shield or distinctive identification is needed by the security guard to carry out his or her responsibilities.
