15 ILCS 330/1

The Secretary of State is authorized to construct and equip not more than three buildings in Cook County, Illinois, on sites to be selected by him, said buildings to be used by the Secretary of State for the administration of laws relating to motor vehicles

Known as the Secretary of State Buildings in Cook County Act

The act spans §§ 15-330-0-01 to 15-330-3 (4 sections).

The care, custody and control of such buildings are vested in the Secretary of State.
