Emergency appointments

Known as the Comptroller Merit Employment Code

For emergency appointments to any position in the Office of the Comptroller for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days, to meet emergency situations. Emergency appointments may be made without regard to eligible lists but may not be renewed.
