The provisions of Sections 5-625, 5-630, 5-635, 5-640, 5-645, 5-650, and 5-655 of the Departments of State Government Law (20 ILCS 5/5-625, 5/5-630, 5/5-635, 5/5-640, 5/5-645, 5/5-650, and 5/5-655), relating to regulations for the conduct of a department, central and branch offices, office hours, a seal, the obtaining and compensation of employees, the annual reports, and cooperation between departments, apply to the Department created by this Act.
