20 ILCS 105/6

The Director of the Department shall be a senior citizen who has sufficient experience in providing services to the aging

Known as the Illinois Act

The act spans §§ 20-105-1 to 20-105-9 (82 sections).

The Director shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. In making such appointment, the Governor shall consider names submitted by the Council.
