20 ILCS 210/10

The Department may enter into contracts with other government agencies to assist them in the operation of each State Fair and the State Fairgrounds as well as the requirements set forth in Section 9 of this Act

The Department may cooperate with any other local, State or federal agency in the furtherance of the intent of this Act. The Department may receive and use any donation either from the private or public sectors which is for betterment of each State Fair and the State Fairgrounds. All revenues from the operation and use of any facilities of the Illinois State Fair at Springfield, the Springfield State Fairgrounds, the DuQuoin State Fair, and the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds shall be deposited in the Illinois State Fair Fund. All funds in the Illinois State Fair Fund shall be used by the Department of Agriculture in accordance with appropriation by the General Assembly for operation of the Illinois State Fair.
