Annual report

(a) The Department must prepare an annual report listing all revenue and fee collections of the Department for the prior fiscal year. The report must be sufficiently itemized to identify the type and source of each collection. The requirement to report all revenue and fee collections applies to all taxes and fees administered by the Department. (b) No later than January 1 of each year, the Department must submit the annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly and make an electronic copy of the report available on its Internet website.
