(a) The Illinois State Police shall develop a protocol to be followed in performing gross remediation of clandestine laboratory sites not to exceed the standards established by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. (b) "Gross remediation" means the removal of any and all identifiable clandestine laboratory ingredients and apparatus. (c) The Illinois State Police must post the protocol on its official Web site.
