Local citizens radio groups

The Illinois State Police is authorized to use local citizens radio groups in connection with its communication duties under the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and to coordinate those local citizens radio groups with the functions of local law enforcement agencies as the Illinois State Police deems advisable. With the approval of the Illinois State Police, those local citizens radio groups shall be eligible for law enforcement grants.
