There is created the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs (formerly the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs)

Known as the Department of Veterans Affairs Act

The act spans §§ 20-2805-0-01 to 20-2805-9 (49 sections).

The Department is the successor agency to the Illinois Veterans' Commission.
