Repealer

Known as the Hospital Basic Services Preservation Act

The act spans §§ 20-4050-1 to 20-4050-90 (9 sections).

P.A. 98-438, eff. 8-16-13.

This Act is repealed upon the occurrence of the conditions set forth in subsection (b) of Section 10 of this Act.
