Known as the Resentencing Task Force Act

The act spans §§ 20-4100-1 to 20-4100-99 (5 sections).

The State is committed to ensuring that sentences of imprisonment continue to advance the interest of justice and promote public safety. The task force is created by recognizing that in this State, once a person is sentenced, there are few meaningful opportunities for release.
