Meetings

Known as the Illinois South Asian American Advisory Council Act

The act spans §§ 20-4120-1 to 20-4120-5 (6 sections).

The Council shall meet at least once per calendar quarter. In addition, the Council may hold up to 2 public hearings annually to assist in the development of policy recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly. All meetings of the Council shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eleven members of the Council shall constitute a quorum.
