As used in this Act, unless the context requires otherwise: "Child" means any person under the age of 18 years unless legally emancipated by reason of marriage or entry into a branch of the United States armed services. "Department" means the Department of Children and Family Services. "Director" means the Director of Children and Family Services. "Executive Council" means the Illinois Child Death Review Teams Executive Council.
