In cooperation with the Department of Agriculture and with the counsel of the International Trade and Port Promotion Advisory Committee, to establish overseas offices for (i) the promotion of the export of Illinois agricultural and manufactured products; (ii) representation of Illinois seaports; (iii) economic development; and (iv) tourism promotion and services.
