Domestic Violence Shelters Act
- 20 ILCS 1310/0.01— Short title
- 20 ILCS 1310/1— The terms used in this Act shall have the following meanings ascribed to them: "Department" means the Department of Human Services
- 20 ILCS 1310/2— The Department of Human Services shall administer domestic violence shelters and service programs, or shall provide for their administration by not-for-profit corporations with whom the Department has contracts, for adults and their dependents who are the subjects of domestic violence
- 20 ILCS 1310/3— The Department of Human Services shall provide for the funding of domestic violence shelters and service programs in part from the Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund and in part from the General Revenue Fund
- 20 ILCS 1310/3.2— All funds collected pursuant to P.A
- 20 ILCS 1310/3a— Domestic Violence Hotline
