Illinois Lottery Law
- 20 ILCS 1605/1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Lottery Law"
- 20 ILCS 1605/2— This Act is enacted to implement and establish within the State a lottery to be conducted by the State through the Department
- 20 ILCS 1605/3— For the purposes of this Act: a
- 20 ILCS 1605/4— The Department of the Lottery is established to implement and regulate the State Lottery in the manner provided in this Act

- 20 ILCS 1605/7.6— The Board shall advise and make recommendations to the Director regarding the functions and operations of the State Lottery
- 20 ILCS 1605/7.8— The Department shall make an annual report regarding the work of the Board to the Governor, the Speaker of the House, the President of the Senate, and the minority leaders of both houses, such report to be a public report
- 20 ILCS 1605/7.8a— The Board shall establish advertising policy to ensure that advertising content and practices do not target with the intent to exploit specific groups or economic classes of people, and that its content is accurate and not misleading
- 20 ILCS 1605/7.11— The Department may establish and collect nominal charges for promotional products ("premiums") and other promotional materials produced or acquired by the Department as part of its advertising and promotion activities
