Repeal and Construction

20 ILCS 1805/102— "An Act to establish a military and naval code for the State of Illinois, and to repeal all acts in conflict herewith," approved June 10, 1909, as amended, is repealed
20 ILCS 1805/103— The provisions of this Act, so far as they are the same as those of any prior statute, shall be construed as a continuation of such prior provisions, and not as a new enactment
